We focus on the quality and freshness of our products and strive to keep our our company on a roast to order schedule.  As a small batch roasting business, this can be a difficult task, but it allows us to offer the freshest products possible.  We will only pack, ship, and deliver purchased coffees within 15 days of their roast date.  Free samples of our products that may be included with your order, may have roast dates that are outside of our “15 days from the roast date” freshness guarantee.

At Brand 425 Coffee, we make every effort to prepare, pack, and ship orders within 3-5 business days of orders being placed on the www.brand425.com website.  Most orders will ship up to 3 business days after the order is placed. During periods of peak demand and high volume, such as the Fall and Winter holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack and ship your fresh roasted coffee.  Orders placed after 2PM (CST) Central Standard Time on Thursdays will not ship or deliver until the following week.  Orders will not ship or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Due to roasting schedules, we are unable to hold orders to be delivered at a later date.  Our normal business hours of operation are 9AM - 4PM (CST), Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

Our shipping charges are supplied to us by UPS (United Parcel Service) and the USPS (United States Postal Service).  Any orders that are placed through our website with “FLAT RATE” or “FREE SHIPPING” will be shipped using the lowest cost and “BEST WAY” method that will include GROUND based shipping rates. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.  Title to products purchased through www.brand425.com, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes from the supplier (Brand 425 Coffee) onto the buyer once the goods leave our facility and are delivered to the carrier for shipment.  Brand 425 Coffee is not liable for shipping delays or problems incurred during transit after a product has been shipped from our facility.

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND ALASKA.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at roastmaster@brand425.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
